Trouble downloading
Your books are delivered as PDF downloads on the thank-you page you reach right after checkout, and that page reopens from the receipt link ClickBank emails you. If a download will not open, make sure you have a PDF reader installed, and try a different browser. If you need a different format or still cannot access a file, email us and we will send it directly.
Refunds
Every purchase is backed by a 60 day money back guarantee. ClickBank is the retailer and handles billing and refunds. You can request a refund through ClickBank using your receipt, or email us and we will help. No hard feelings.
Billing questions
Charges appear on your statement as CLKBANK*CQGUID. Billing, receipts, and refunds are handled by ClickBank, our retailer. For anything billing-related you can also visit ClickBank's own customer support, and we are happy to help you get there.
